Scott Riedel

Scott is a second-generation owner whose construction background extends back over 35 years. He is responsible for all general office, sales, administrative and estimating functions. Scott is involved in the community and serves on several boards of both charitable and development organizations. He is a graduate of Ceredo-Kenova High School and holds a bachelor’s degree from Marshall University.

Jeff Handloser

Jeff's construction background extends over 40 years. He has many years of field experience as a project superintendent. He is currently in charge of all field coordination and operations for our projects.

Neil Dial

Neil's background spans a 47-year involvement with the local construction industry. He has vast estimating experience working with some of the largest contractors in the commercial, educational, medical and light industrial areas. Neil is a graduate of Huntington East High School and Fairmont State University.

 

Matt Haymond

Matt has been with Riedel-Wilks for 39 years, most of them as a job superintendent. He now uses his extensive job site experience in his work as a project estimator. Matt is graduate of Morehead State University.

 

Shane Masters

Shane has been in the construction industry for 30 years. He was added to the Riedel-Wilks team in 2018 as the Project Coordinator. He also serves as the Safety Coordinator where is tasked with keeping each job site up to OSHA standards. He was raised in Huntington, WV where he attended Marshall University and the Wayne Co. - North Wayne Vocational Technical School where he received a certificate in building construction.

Gina Booth

Gina’s accounting background extends over the last 22 years. She has experience in auditing, office management, and basic accounting in varying fields. Gina is a graduate of Chesapeake High School and holds a bachelor’s degree from Marshall University in accounting.

Pam Dienst
