This multi-phase facility was a limited scope contract constructed in 3 phases over 9 years. Our scope of work was foundation installation, pre-engineered building and erection with architectural design and details. The Church acted as it's own general contractor under outstanding leadership and vision by their head pastor Mike Dillon. As you can see, this project looks nothing like a metal building as it has all conventional finishes on the exterior of the roof and walls. The first phase constructed was a gymnasium/multi-purpose area. The second phase was an educational/office building. The final phase was the sanctuary. The sanctuary which we constructed from a laminated wood beam structure with tongue in groove wood decking with conventional framing and finishes.
