This project was a 45,000 SF warehouse addition on to the rear of their current warehouse. Incorporated large lower wall poured concrete walls, 6” reinforced floors, trans bay structural construction for wide bays to accommodate the racking systems, shipping and receiving dock areas, new gas heating system in both the new and existing warehouse areas coordinated around their work activities, new efficient lighting system operated by motion sensor and timers. This is a turnkey construction project and also had substantial site fill and drainage work associated with the project.
