This project started as a shell building, was added on to and fixtured to become a spring production plant and later retrofit areas into clean rooms for filter production. Project involved significant site and utility development and close interaction for the assembly line systems that it houses. The construction includes complete foundations, reinforced slabs, pre-engineered building, HVAC and ventilation systems, sprinkler and very detailed electrical and distribution systems. Shipping/receiving docks as well as significant parking and drive areas were all part of the project.
